Meet the Team

Rob

Rob is a well known, Great Britain and England capped shooter at trap disciplines who has turned his love and participation of shooting into a successful business. Rob has knowledge in all areas of the sport and shares his experience with others, whether it is technical or instilling confidence. When he is not at the shooting ground, he is at the Gun Room, offering advice on gun purchase and fit.

Gill

Gill, Rob’s wife is the glue that holds it all together. She can be seen paying bills, ordering catering supplies, washing and helping out wherever required.

Lucy | GB Shooter

Lucy is the youngest daughter of Rob and Gill. She is many times England and GB capped and holds British records, as well as English and British titles in multiple disciplines. Lucy won the gold medal in Croatia in 2021 to become Junior European Champion. She is coached by Rob and is often seen at the ground either training or shooting competitions, when she is not competing around the world.

Georgina

Georgina, Rob and Gill’s eldest daughter wears many hats, spending her time between the Gun Room and the shooting ground. She has gained a lot of competition management knowledge from travelling the world with Lucy and experiencing events, good and bad, first hand. She can be found in the office with Sue for major competitions or assisting customers.

Sean | Ground Manager

Sean is an experienced target setter for both the beginner or competition shooter. He is a people person and is immediately recognised for his beaming smile and jokes.

He runs the ground on a day to day basis whether it be using his spanners, running a competition or delivering the perfect ‘have a go’ package for you.

Sarah | Catering Manager

Sarah manages ‘Clay Kitchen’, our onsite catering facility. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome, service with a smile and you won’t go home hungry.
